I have been helping my clients clarify their optimal lifestyle through developing a deeper understanding of their habits, dreams and optimal lifestyle choices for over 25 years. I coach people who want to love their life even more than they do now with enthusiasm to be more. To me, one aspect of “living your best life” is discovering or realizing that we cannot fully and exclusively help ourselves. Sometimes we find that we are unable to run the long race on our own wisdom and strength alone. We experience moments or longer periods where the temptation to procrastinate, or even worse, create a gap between who you are and who you want to become. We must push forward in pursuit of our Big Dream, living the best life, while also working to overcome the pull to stay in our comfort zone. I aim to offer a co-creation style of coaching, educational content and products that promote a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self. It’s time to upgrade, level up and start expanding and nurturing the personal, professional and physical aspects of your Big Dream and break free from the pull to stay safe in the familiar comfort zone.
At Intelligent Wellness we work with adult clients on personal growth, career development, Executive and Managerial leadership challenges, and general life coaching.
Here at Intelligent Wellness, our aim is to provide a professional life coaching service tailored to suit the individual needs and interests of our clients. Our focus is on creating momentum. We will work with clients to co-create target objectives, explore, experiment and grow/transform into playing the winning life game better. Our approach is designed around setting a worthy goal and using interactive approaches that will coach you through a mix of education, accountability and action-oriented techniques.
Our sessions are private and confidential – nothing goes further than my ears. You can share private thoughts, hopes and aspirations and know they will be respected and held in trust.
Please keep to our regularly scheduled appointments. You will be calling into a bridge conference call line. If you must reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Because I want to make sure that you feel supported during our time together, you can send e-mails at any time between sessions that I’ll respond to within 24 hours. I am also happy to take 5-10-minute calls (as needed) between sessions when you are experimenting with a new skill, concept or change effort. If I’m not immediately available when you call, I’ll get back to you within twenty-four hours.
In many cases, people already have identified goals, ideas and thoughts on achieving goals and living a better life. They often find that there is one or two missing pieces to complete the puzzle. You can bring your goals to our sessions, and/or we can work on establishing and/or clarifying your goals together. We will come to an agreement about both the big-picture focus for our work together and the specific focus of each of our sessions. That doesn’t mean that things are carved in stone and therefore inflexible – you will drive your sessions, and I will be responsive to your needs and priorities. However, we will work within an agreed-upon articulated framework that will serve as a guidepost and provide structure for our work together.
Coaching packages are offered in 6-week and 8-week packages and 6-month or 12-month long term packages. Individual Power Coaching sessions are an option only for existing and former clients who want to explore a specific topic or problem area. Our sessions will be 60 minutes. Prior thought about an agenda for the session (questions, concerns, challenges or situations) puts you in the driver’s seat for each session. But if you get stuck or aren’t sure about where to go next, you can rely on me to ask a provocative or evocative question. Something you should know is that I usually have another coaching session immediately following yours, so we will need to end at the top or the bottom of the hour. I’ll let you know 5 minutes prior, so that we can sum up and wind down.

As much as clients like working with me to achieve goals, it’s important to stress the fact that coaching has a split-screen approach – both a “being” and a “doing” orientation. Since I’m goal-oriented myself, I understand the excitement of interpreting “progress” as doing things. But I also know the value of strengthening oneself during the process. I want to make sure that it is okay with you that we focus on you as much as we focus on your goals. So, please remember to include “being” goals on your agenda if you want to work on things like becoming more assertive (less submissive), more resilient, less likely to take things personally, or whatever the case may be.
